At Organic Tribe, every product is handcrafted with care, purity, and intention. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of quality. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

You may request a return or replacement only in the following cases:

  • The product is damaged or leaked during transit

  • You received an incorrect or incomplete order

To be eligible, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

How to Raise a Request

Please email us at organictribeind@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order number

  • Clear images/videos of:

    • The damaged product

    • Batch details

    • Inner and outer packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

⚠️ Important:
If the outer packaging appears damaged, torn, or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video for verification purposes.

Approval & Resolution

  • Once we receive and verify the details, our team will respond within 3 working days.

  • If approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged, or a suitable resolution will be provided.

  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 10–15 working days after approval.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition, along with original packaging.

  • A note mentioning your order number and contact details must be included in the return package.

Please Note

  • Due to the nature of our products, used or opened items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift boxes, customized products, and promotional items are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Organic Tribe is not responsible for damages reported after delivery or due to improper handling.
